Why we started Humble Homes.
Humble Homes was founded on a simple conviction: good construction is good stewardship. Every home we work on belongs to a family. Every renovation changes how people live in the space they come back to every day. Treating that lightly was never an option.
For 20+ years, Josh Sweeney has worked across nearly every facet of residential construction — design-build, new builds, additions, kitchens, baths, pole sheds, roofing, siding. The team he's built around him brings 100+ years of combined trade experience, the kind of depth you only get from people who have seen what works, what fails, and what holds up over Wisconsin winters.
What ties it all together is a faith-based approach to running the business — being honest about timelines and costs, doing the work right the first time, and treating every client the way we'd want to be treated on our own home.
