For a typical main‑floor renovation, design runs 6–10 weeks depending on complexity and how quickly decisions are made. Full custom homes or major additions can range from 10–16+ weeks.
Design fees vary by scope. After an initial consult, we’ll share a clear, fixed‑fee or range for your specific project along with what’s included (site visit, drawings, revisions, permit set, etc.).
Yes. We can stay involved beyond floor plans and elevations to help with cabinetry layouts, fixtures, finishes, and interior details so the whole home feels cohesive.
