Do I have to complete the Design phase with you before we Build?

In almost all cases, yes. Our build team relies on the detailed drawings, specs, and selections created during our Design phase. This ensures accurate pricing, fewer surprises, and a smoother construction experience. If you already have a full design package, we’re happy to review it and confirm if it’s build‑ready.

What kind of budget ranges do you typically work within?

We handle projects ranging from focused renovations (like bathrooms or kitchens) to full‑home transformations and additions. During your consult, we’ll align scope with a realistic budget range before moving into design or build, so you know we’re a good fit for the scale of your project.

Can we live in the home while you build?

Often, yes—especially for phased renovations and main‑floor work. We’ll advise on safety, noise, and temporary kitchen/bath solutions and can sequence work to reduce disruption. For more invasive projects, we’ll recommend short‑term relocation during the messiest periods.

How do you handle changes once construction has started?
