Whether it’s opening up your kitchen, adding a bathroom, or modernizing the heart of your home, we renovate with the same care we build new homes with—on time, on budget, and with humble craftsmanship.
Typical renovation timelines: 4–12 weeks depending on scope.

From 1980s closed-off layouts to bright, connected family spaces. This is what a thoughtful renovation can do.
Renovation focus: Kitchen + main floor reconfiguration
We approach renovations with the same design-first mindset as our new builds, working carefully within your existing structure to maximize light, flow, and everyday livability.
Open up walls, add storage, and re-think how your family moves through the heart of your home while staying grounded in practical, durable finishes.
Calm, functional retreats with smart storage, thoughtful lighting, and details built to last in high-moisture spaces.
Reimagine your entire home while preserving what you love—from front entry and stairs to basements, exteriors, and strategic additions.
We bring the structure and predictability of our Design & Build services into every renovation project, with clear milestones, communication, and respect for your daily life.
We’re guests in your home. That means dust control, clear schedules, and leaving your space safe and tidy at the end of each day.
A clear, 6-step renovation roadmap:
We visit your home, listen to how you live, review constraints, and capture measurements, photos, and any existing drawings.
You’ll see high-level layout options, finish direction, and a realistic investment range—before we finalize drawings or start demolition.
Working with our design team, we finalize drawings, fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes so there are fewer surprises once work begins.
We map out your renovation calendar, outline what to expect each week, and set up dust barriers, protection, and access plans.
Our team manages trades, inspections, and site cleanliness, with regular updates so you’re never guessing what’s next.
We complete a detailed walk-through, create your punch list together, and hand over documentation and warranties for future peace of mind.
This 1990s home had great bones but felt closed off, with a small kitchen and awkward traffic flow. We removed a bearing wall, reworked the stairs, and introduced an efficient kitchen that connects directly to the dining and living spaces.

BEFORE & AFTER
Our renovation work sits on the same three pillars that guide our Design and Build projects: humble listening, disciplined planning, and craftsmanship that doesn’t shout for attention.
We don’t start by swinging hammers. We start by understanding how your family uses your home today, and what needs to feel different tomorrow.
Renovations are disruptive by nature. We minimize the chaos with clear communication, tidy job sites, and realistic schedules.
We help you think beyond this project: future resale, aging-in-place, and how today’s decisions will feel 10 years from now.
These are the questions we hear most often from families planning a renovation. We’ll walk through all of this in more detail during your consultation.
Every home is different, but most of our kitchen and main-floor renovations start in the mid five figures and increase with structural changes, custom cabinetry, and finish selections. After your walk-through, we provide a realistic range before moving into detailed design so you can make an informed decision.
Not always. Many of our clients stay in their homes while we renovate. We’ll discuss what’s realistic based on the scope of work, location of the renovation area, and your family’s routines. For some projects, we may recommend a short-term move-out during the most disruptive phases.
Timelines vary by scope—a single bathroom may take 3–4 weeks, while a full main-floor transformation can run 8–12 weeks. During planning, we map out a detailed schedule with key milestones and target dates before any work begins.
Yes. Because we also design and build new homes, we can give you an honest comparison of both paths based on your lot, budget, and long-term plans. Sometimes the wisest move is to renovate; other times, rebuilding or adding on makes more sense.
